Supplement: Sexual Orientation Facts and Info: Finding and Assessing Credible Sources Online

In this lesson we will learn about how to assess credibility and how to find important pieces of information about sexual orientation online. Additionally, students will learn about the benefits to one’s health and wellbeing when they receive support and kindness.

Lesson 3: Lesson 6: Your Body, Your Rights

This lesson addresses sexual harassment and sexual abuse therefore teachers are urged to let the school counselor know that this topic will be addressed and may be sensitive for some students as it may be a trigger to come forward about themselves or someone they know being abused or harassed.
